Spring is seen as the season of rebirth, renewal, the beginning of the first subtle sprouting, which follows the dark and incubating period of winter.
From darkness comes light; and light is also the search for something, a purpose, to see and want to create what is not yet there and what we would like to be.
In this immersion of 4 meetings, we will delve into the vibrant energy of this "first" season through the most reliable and tested tools I know: movement, breath, meditation, self-study, imagination, and metaphor.
Through movement, we will activate the energy of the connected meridians in the body: a push outward, which is expressed through the desire to change in order to grow.
Writing and self-study will help us express what we have not yet been able to express, work on what we have not yet resolved, to make flourish what we have so far kept hidden from others and perhaps even from ourselves.
Breath and guided meditation will help us air out what needs to be aired, feel what needs to be felt, take care of what needs to be cared for, free the body, and transform emotions into consciousness.
