The MUNZ FLOOR® method is practiced lying on the floor (where gravity is an ally), guided by the teacher's voice. The teacher constantly watches you, guiding you through precise micromovements of rotations and counter-rotations that release the entire spine with extreme slowness and control.
Dynamic slowness induces greater muscle resistance and bypasses pain receptors.
Impressive gains in strength and flexibility are obtained reflexively, rather than by forcefully pulling on the muscles.
From your very first MUNZ FLOOR® session, your body will respond to these spirals; their seemingly gentle actions will have intense effects on your fascia in astonishingly quick time.
