1:1 SESSIONS & PROGRAMS


The two main approaches are Private Sessions, offered in packages of 1, 3, 6, or 12 classes/treatments, and Combined Programs.

Private Session packages are perfect if you already know which 'medicine' works best for you and you want to deepen your journey through tailored sessions of a specific technique.

Combined Programs blend together different techniques for an integrated healing approach.
Based on your personal needs and preferences, we combine different tools and create a personalized health development program that addresses your current, specific needs.
This is where the healing arts come into play!

In Spring, the Space element becomes dominant: it moves up and out from the center of the body like sap. Sourcing from the yin energies of winter which are about storage and survival, the energy of Spring is about movement, new growth, and seeking creation.
A tree’s branches grow incrementally making its growth hard to notice. But it’s happening.
Usually we are too busy to witness nature’s spring miracles.
But not this Spring.
This spring, we will be exploring together new spaces and ways of growing.

Sessions typically span one hour, but I believe in the power of consistency and a daily commitment of just 15 minutes can often yield more profound benefits than a longer, weekly session.
You will have the flexibility to choose between online (Zoom) or in-person sessions (if our locations align).
