Hi,
My name is Giulia,
Eclectic heart, seeker, space holder, dancer, holistic therapist and movement teacher.

After spending many years traversing Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, managing humanitarian projects for some of the world's largest NGOs, I felt a calling to serve in a more personal and authentic manner.

Rooted in 20 years of studies in contemporary dance, my movement practice has evolved through teachers,  explorations and travels, delving into more subtle layers and techniques.

From Elemental Yoga to Yin, Rastorative, Aerial, Yoga Nidra/Non Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR), Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zen Shiatsu and Munz Floor®, my approach incorporates a variety of techniques that I love to blend and adapt to support specific needs.

Today, my purpose is to create a non-judgmental space where the entirety of you is welcome.
Where you can safely build a relationship with the wisdom of your body, learning its language, finding the right practice for you, and exploring any vulnerability, emotion, or physical condition—all while cultivating consistency and healthier habits.

  • Giulia is a dedicated guide and soulful teacher connecting and working with the medicine of the energetics channeled through various somatic practices.

Embracing the belief that there is no universally "right" medicine, nourishment, or physical activity, she adapts her approach based on the evolving phases of life and nature cycles.

With over 25 years of experience in movement practices, Giulia is passionate about accompanying individuals on a journey to "rediscover the body" as a way of rediscovering the self.
She offers a somatic-centered approach to bodywork, drawing from a diverse toolkit that includes Dance, Elemental, Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Aeral Yoga, Yoga Nidra/Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR), Zen-Shiatsu and Munz Floor®.

Her unique approach infuses elements from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in all the techniques she utilizes and maintains a consistent emphasis on the body's meridian system.

The result is a deeply healing and nurturing journey, empowering anyone desiring to discover its own way to a sustainably balanced and healthy life.

As Giulia charts her personal and professional journey through seven different countries, she extends her welcoming guidance to people worldwide, offering one-on-one and group settings for exploring internal landscapes and shadows, questioning oneself, and noticing the subtle details that lead to a deeper understanding of one's authentic, wholesome self.

WHAT I BELIEVE IN

All the way through a quite fast-moving life, 2 beliefs have always given me solid ground no matter the circumstances:

YOUR BODY KNOWS

Every time I needed safety, balance, truth or just a felt sense of fullness and wellbeing, I would instinctively turn towards my body.
I have practiced, explored and been formed in a vast number of disciplines and somatic practices, mainly coming from dance, yoga and aerial therapeutics, TCM, psychology and neurosciences. Each one of them has added a layer of consciousness to an innate magnetism toward somatic exploration.

KNOW YOUR MEDICINE AND DEVOTE YOURSELF TO IT

Devote yourself to the practice and hold space for the magic to happen.
The healing, movement and somatic practices that serve us the most will change and evolve together with our life’s seasons and needs.
So, whatever practice you choose, when you think you have found the right medicine for you, stick to it. Engage. Choose consistency over motivation and let the change happen.

Movement never lies.
It is a barometer telling the state of the soul’s weather to all who can read it.
